Returns and Refunds Policy

As all items are handmade to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days with photographic evidence of the issue and we will resolve it promptly.

For UK orders: We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement once we receive the item.

For international orders: We will work with you to find the best solution, which may include a full refund without return, replacement item, or another arrangement depending on the circumstances.

Lovely fabric and my son looks so grown up in these as makes a huge difference from the usual harem fabrics 🙂 these are lovely and thick also instead of thin so ideal especially for this time of year. The print is great and as with the other clothing from here, it is made completely wonderfully. It washes fine also which is essential! Also, one of the other important factors for me is that you definitely cannot tell at all that there is a pull up/nappy on underneath. As he is getting older it is harder to hide however these don't let anything like that show and the elastic waist band is fantastic. Will need to buy more harems for the collection from here as finding ones that tick all the boxes that are ideal for my son and me can be slightly difficult! Very pleased with these ❤ Kait
