We hope you love your Snazzy Sproglets purchase! If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

Returns You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

Made to Order & Pre-Order Items Please note that all made-to-order and pre-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are handmade especially for you.

Return Postage Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
